The Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held on Saturday 7^th November 2026 at 1.30pm at BMFA Buckminster and online, via Zoom conferencing.  To participate online use the following link  https://agm.bmfa.org/online-registration. There are no ballots required for the Technical Committees.

Fellows or Clubs who are unable to attend the AGM (whether in person or virtually) can appoint another attendee as their proxy using the following link: https://agm.bmfa.org/proxy or by completing and mailing the attached form.    Any proxy appointments must be submitted by 4pm on Tuesday 3^rd November 2026.
